Miles of Smiles Therapeutic Horsemanship was founded in 1997 by Joyce Adams and a few of her friends with the aim of providing therapeutic horsemanship services to the people of Southwest Kansas. Since then, Miles of Smiles has grown into a dynamic organization that has been providing quality services to the community for 25 years. Joyce Adams is an avid horseback endurance racer and loves to spend her spare time with her Arabian horse. We at Miles of Smiles want to thank Joyce and her friends for their hard work and dedication, and we look forward to serving the community for many more years to come.
